The pleasure of clinking on a whole new level! Thummerer Rose Brut Nature was made by a mix of traditional and innovative ways. You can discover the fruity character both on the palate as well as on the nose. Most noticeably lady apple, gooseberry, and citruses are present. This outstanding sparkling wine – due to its nice acids – could provide a memorable experience in every season. It has a light rosy colour, thanks to the thin skin of Pinot Noir. The CO2 bubbles ascend elegantly and slowy due to the special technology used. It is highly recommended for truly special ocassions.

The description can’t be completed without mentioning the technological background, because that is Thummerer Rose Brut Nature’s strongest feature. The wine makers take pride in controling the entire process, from the planting of the grape to disgorging the base wine.

When Thummerer winery decided to try themselves in the sparkling wine field too, they traveled to France, to learn every important detail about the ins and outs of Champagne making process. They also bought most of their tools in Epernay, France specifically for this wine.

The fermentation of the base wine for Thummerer Rose Brut Nature took minimum 48 months. This was followed by the disgorging process.

To mark your special moments in style, this champagne style Thummerer Rose Brut Nature is highly recommended on its own, or as an aperitif with salmon-based dishes, chicken, or cheese. To be served at 6-8°C.
