Description

Historical heritage forms a centra part of the Hungarian Culture, just like as most other nations. Bulls Blood  (Bikaver) became a Hungaricum over the years. Based on that success, winemakers decided to create the white wine equivalent of Bulls Blood. This is how Egri Csillag (Star of Eger) cuvee was created. This has also seen great popularity in the eger wine region & amongst Hungarian Wine fans.

Using local varieties such as Tramini, Zenit, Kiralyleanyka & Sauvignon Blanc, this wine leads with intense floral fragrances. It shines through the glass with a greenish clear glow.

The light green color comes with an intense flowery fragrance, which makes this dry white wine even more unique. The fruity taste determined by Tramini and Zenit, and the Királyleányka with Sauvignon Blanc care for the acids nicely and keep them inside the aromas. It is complex, rich and well balanced with pleasant acidity & wonderful fragrances.

Made with reductive methods, in order to preserve its freshness & fragrances. Recommended to accompany fish- or poultry-based dishes, with light salads, cooled to 8-10°C.
