Description

Thummerer Blanc Brut Nature is a very elegant sparkling white wine. Thummerer winery makes sparkling wines since 2013. They learned the techniques, and purchased all the necessary equipment from Epernay, France. They combine traditional and innovative methods. The winery takes pride in controlling the entire process. Starting with the planting of the vines, through to harvesting the grapes specifically for sparkling wine, all the way to disgorging the base wine, all done by themselves.

The base wine for this sparkling wine has gone through a 24 months fermentation, followed by the disgorging process. Thummerer Blanc Brut Nature is a Chardonnay and Kiralyleanyka blend, that glows in a soft straw shade. This blend allows all the characteristics of Kiralyleanyka (Little Princess) to show beautifully. Fruity notes are most prominent both on the palate as well as on the nose. In particular pink lady apple, peach, and citruses come through immediately. A polished wine with rather nice acidity, just as a sparkling wine should be.

Thanks to the technique they use, the CO2 bubbles form slowly & swim elegantly in the glass. Thummerer Blanc Brut Nature makes an ideal choice for any special occasion to celebrate with.
