Sparkling Brut Furmint Babits Winery is an elegant Champagne style, Méthode Traditionnelle, sparkling wine made of 100% tokaji furmint. An early harvest, from an excellent vineyard called Poklos Vineyard, of Szegi, Tokaj-Hill. This vineyard holds ideal conditions for growing Furmint.

Pale lemon colour, with a light green hue through the glass. Sparkling Brut Furmint Babits showcases elegant string of bubbles, that last forever. Fruity aromas of juicy green apples, pears, and apricot with slightly vegetal notes and a touch of yeasty aromas. This Sparkling Brut also represents all the typical characters of a great tokaji Furmint including almonds and citrus, and layers of minerality. A refreshing, dry sparkling wine, with a lovely long finish for special occasions.

It pairs beautifully with light meats and salads.
