100% Cabernet Franc from Lake Balaton.
This pristine, youthful red comes from Sabar Winery’s new select parcel plantings of Cabernet Franc.
Rich aromas of blackberries, leather, earthy spices and vanilla, whilst bright but rustic tannins make this a wonderful wine even at this age.
Recommended to consume Sabar’s Cabernet Franc with grilled steak, green olives, rosemary lamb chops, cheese-stuffed portobello mushrooms or a classic lasagne.
