Cabernet Sauvignon is ranked among the most popular red wine grape varieties in the world. Cabernet Sauvignon is widely grown due to its excellent qualities that come handy in wine making. These include Cabernet Sauvignon being a dark, and thick skinned grape variety, that produces rich and intense red wines, with great ageing potentials.
The Hajós-Baja wine region can be found between another two wine regions; Szekszárd wine region from the east, and Kunság wine region from the west. The climate is similar to that of the neighbouring regions, with a harsh winters, an extremely hot summers and a modest annual rainfall. These are ideal growing conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon in the region, especially for late harvesting.
Pieroth Fürst Ferenc Cabernet Sauvignon is shines through the wine glass with a softly translucent ruby gleam. This sweet red is as smooth and fruity as it can get, leading with luscious strawberry, lusty raspberry, rhubarb jam, and juicy red cherry aromas. Supple tannins are well integrated for an even more enjoyable wine experience.
