Description
Duzsi Tamas Cabernet Franc grown in the vinayards just above the Zomba Berek, near Szekszard.
This wine has been matured one year in Oak barrel. Then continued to age in bottles before releasing it to the market.
Ruby in colour, thick and rich dark in the glass. Notes of chocolate and oak are quite pronounced, besides additional layers of ripe, dark fruits such as plum, black cherry, black berry & a touch of coffee.
Smooth, and full bodied wine, with polished tannins & well balanced acidity.
May need 10-15 minutes of airing, so some of the finer layers of the wine can open up nicely.
Certainly a wine with great value for money.
