100% Furmint grape variety, harvested from Terroir “Kincsem”. The Dominium range of Pannon Tokaj Winery is their premium wine range. This dry Tokaji Furmint has been treated with special care.
Strong quantity reduction, max. 1kg crop/vine for a superior quality wine. This Tokaji Furmint has gone through stainless steel tank fermenting, that followed approximately 6 months of barrel ageing using a special technique called battonage. The fine sediment is mixed in the barrel once every week. The barrels are not older that 10 years with light or medium toast burning level.
Pannon Tokaj Dominium Dry Furmint is filled with layers of juicy green apples, and elegant oak on the nose that are most evident, complemented by additional notes on barrique, vanilla, almond, nut, lots of minerals, and a touch of creamy butter on the palate. This Tokaji Furmint showcases real freshness and lively aromas, just like an excellent Furmint should !
The elegant bottle design also features glass cork to add to its outstanding characteristics.
Recommended to consume it with fish dishes, white meats, and spicy pastas.
