100% Kadarka – a truly traditional, local variety – from Szekszárd

Young winemaker Zoltán Jr. determined to continue the innovation, that his family started with a crop of seven clones of Kadarka vines that were planted in Szekszárd.

Showcasing the best characters of his grape, this great example of Kadarka is rather light, but with intensive aromas of juicy red berries, and added layers of of black pepper and liquorice. Similar characteristics to Pinot Noir.

Recommended to consume besides pork stews, chorizo pasta dishes, grilled Mediterranean vegetables, or pizza.
