The Thummerer Egri Tramini is a rather special white wine from this winery. It stands out with quite high sugar content (51,8 g/l), due to late harvest. The vineyard, called Csokas provides ideal soil and conditions to grow Tramini. It brings out the aromas, and special characters of this variety.
The natural sweetness of this wine forms a beatiful harmony with tropical fruits, and honeycomb toffee aromas in every bottle. Made with a reductive technology, this white wine is a wonderful introduction to the secrets of Tramini. Especially for those that are new to white wines, or those with a sweet tooth!
This sweet white wine pairs beautifully with creamy desserts, with fresh fruits in.
Recommended drinking temperature is 10-12°C
