This Tokaji Dry Szamorodni is a blend of 2 main Tokaji grape varieties : 50-50 % of Furmint and Hárslevelű (Linden Leaf).
Tokaji Szamorodni is one of the most popular wines of Tokaj. The word “Szamorodni” originates from Poland. It means “As it has grown”.
It contains both botritised aszúberries and green berries as well. This gives a special character to the wine. Wonderful fragrances, enjoy as aperitif, or as a dessert on its own. Dry Szamorodni is similar in character to Sherry.
Best served at 10-12°C.
