This Tokaji Aszu 6 Puttonyos is a blend of 3 main grape varieties : 33-33-33 % of Furmint, Hárslevelű and Zéta grapes.
Dominium range is Pannon Tokaj‘s premium wine range, therefore this wine has been treated with special care.
The 400 years old wine making method (with minor modern technology also involved) guarantees the highest possible quality.
Pannon Tokaji Aszú 6 Puttonyos is terrific, beautifully floral, with obvious dried apricot, honey, peach, orange peel notes, backed by elegant mineral. A whopping 160 grams of sugar is deftly balanced out by the bracing acidity.
This is a luxurious sweet wine but it doesn’t tire the palate. The fruits, the sugars and acidity presents in a harmonious frame. Layers of elegant botrytis, honey, tropical fruits, and fragrant citrus aromas on the nose, with a touch of plum & forest flowers. Defined apricot, vanilla, on the palate, with a lovely long finish.
Forever winner of wine competitions.
This Tokaji Aszu 6 Puttonyos can be enjoyed now or kept for the next 50 or so years.
Recommended to consume with cakes, light desserts, or enjoy it simply on its own as a talking wine.

The customer services lady suggested this one, being one step up from the standard Tokaji Aszu 5 Puttony & still well within the budget. This looked very prestigious as well, and I am so glad we have tried it. It was wonderful, very special !

Oh this is divine! My wife keeps insisting on sweet wines, but boy did we all fell for this one. Pannon Tokaji Aszu 6 puttony is on a different level compared to all the other sweet tokajis.
